Tuqio Hub is Kenya's premier event management platform. We help organizers run awards ceremonies, conferences, concerts, and other events — providing tools for ticketing, nominations, public voting, live polls, and audience engagement.
Browsing events, voting, and submitting nominations is completely free for the public. For event organizers, we offer flexible pricing plans. Contact us for a custom quote.
Tuqio supports awards galas, industry conferences, community summits, music concerts, fundraising dinners, and more. If your event involves ticketing, nominations, or audience engagement, Tuqio is built for it.
Visit the Events page to browse all upcoming and past events. You can filter by date, category, and location.
Voting & Nominees
Go to the Nominees & Voting page, select the event, browse the categories, and click Vote Now. Voting is open only during the official window for each event.
Voting rules vary per event and are set by the organizer. Some events allow multiple votes, others restrict to a single vote. Check the specific event page for applicable rules.
Nominees are submitted by the public through the Nominate page, then reviewed and approved by the event organizer before appearing on the voting page.
Each event has its own deadline, shown as a live countdown on the nominee page. Once voting closes, results are compiled and winners are announced at the event.
Yes — the nominee page refreshes vote counts every 8 seconds automatically. Some events may hide exact counts until the voting period ends.
Nominations
Visit the Nominate page, select the event and category, fill in the nominee's details and reason, then submit. Nominations are reviewed before being published.
Submitting a nomination is free. Some organizers may charge a processing fee — this will be clearly stated on the event's nomination page.
Your nomination enters a review queue. If shortlisted, the nominee will appear on the public voting page. You may receive an email at the address you provided during submission.

Register at Tuqio Hub. Our team will review your application and reach out within 2 business days to schedule an onboarding call.
Yes. Once onboarded, you get access to your organizer dashboard to manage nominees, approve nominations, monitor voting, publish schedules, upload photos, and run polls — no technical help needed.
Yes. Tuqio integrates with popular payment gateways to handle ticket sales. Funds are settled to your organization on an agreed schedule. Transaction fees apply.
Real-time dashboards with ticket sales, vote counts, poll responses, and page views. Reports can be exported to Excel/CSV for stakeholder presentations.
Yes. All data is stored securely with regular backups. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
